About Us
Sanfeng Aluminum is engaged in the aluminum product production. We are made up of five companies: Sanfeng Precision Aluminum Product, Sanfeng Section Aluminum, Sanfeng Metal Tempering, Sanfeng Aluminum Die-casting and Sanfeng Surface Treatment. We have formed a complete production chain from raw material to finished aluminum accessory, as well as from extrusion, forging, die-casting, finish machining to surface treatment. We commit to providing customers with the most excellent overall solution, the most effective manufacturing process control and the most perfect product & service of aluminum accessory production so as to satisfy customers' demand to the maximum.At the forefront of production chain, Sanfeng Aluminum Section Co., Ltd. was established in June 6th, 2007. We mainly manufacture industrial aluminum section. We have two extrusion production lines and two cold-drawn production lines.
In the front of production chain, Sanfeng Metal Tempering Company was set up in Jan. 1st, 2004. We are engaged in aluminum alloy cold-forging, hot-forging and liquid forging, being supported by such key equipments as 600T, 500, 300T hydraulic machine, 400T friction press, punch press. induction heater furnace, etc.
Founded in Dec. 30th, 2009, Sanfeng Aluminum Die-casting Co., Ltd. mainly deal with aluminum alloy die-casting. We possess some equipments, like import & domestic die-casting machine with 150T, 180T, 250T, 350T, all kinds of shot blasting machine, sand-blasting machine, polishing machine, etc.
At the end of production chain, Sanfeng Surface Treatment Co., Ltd. was founded in Nov. 1st, 2006. We arevmainly engaged in the polishing, wire drawing, sand blasting and anodic oxidation of aluminum product. We mainly have three anodic oxidation production lines, polishing machine, automatic sand-blasting machine, manual sand-blasting machine, wire-drawing machine, etc.
Near the end of production chain, Sanfeng Precision Aluminum Product Co., Ltd. established in July 1st, 2000. We mainly deal with the processing, punching, tube-bending, welding and finished product installation of aluminum machine. The main equipments are CNC milling machine, CNC lathe, punch, drilling machine, general milling machine, tube-bending machine, argon welding machine, automatic installation line and so on.
